Transcript
  1. Select the correct customer first. Search results belong to that customer record.
  2. Enter a name such as charging station or kitchen, or a circuit number. Text search starts at two characters; a single digit works for a circuit number.
  3. Check the result path: location, panel and, where relevant, circuit. Select the intended result.
  4. PanelPilot opens the matching context and highlights the circuit or position where applicable. Clear the query to restore the normal list.
  5. Add clear names, connected devices and useful photos. After saving, check that changes have synchronised.

Step by step

  1. Open the sync message and identify the blocked item. Check your connection and active account first.

  2. For a temporary problem, choose Retry when offered.

  3. For a conflict, review current server data. Keep the server version if it should remain; this abandons the corresponding local change.

  4. Reapply the local change only if you deliberately want to apply it over the current version. The option may be unavailable without enough current data.

  5. For revoked access or an invalid record, resolve access with its administrator. Repeated retries cannot remove that restriction.

  6. Discard a change only when you no longer need it. Afterwards, check the new status and record.

Good to know

  • The aim is an empty queue after successful processing. Dismissing a message does not resolve the underlying change.
  • Retry in the photo viewer may fix a stalled image; also check its upload status.
