When Admin and Business are available
Technical records and business administration have different access rules. A missing Admin button does not mean your technical record is gone.
Step by step
Check that you are signed in as an installer and have selected the correct organisation.
Look for Admin. The feature must be enabled for your environment and app version; it may be hidden when current settings cannot be loaded.
Open business-access information when offered and read the organisation’s status and conditions.
Without business write access, you may see a locked demo or read-only business history. Check whether you are viewing DEMO or real records.
If purchase or restore is offered in your version, follow the displayed Google Play steps and then check the organisation and access status again.
