Getting started with PanelPilot

PanelPilot stores a digital description of an electrical installation: locations, panels, components, circuits, connected items and files.

Step by step

  1. Open PanelPilot on the website. The public Android app is coming soon to Google Play; the current test version is only for invited testers.

  2. Use an installer account for customer records. Business administration is available when enabled for your organisation and role.

  3. Sign in, verify your email if requested and select the correct customer.

  4. Open Locations, add a location and create a panel there. Build its digital layout and complete the circuit details.

  5. Add clear names, connected devices and useful photos. After saving, check that changes have synchronised.

Good to know

  • The usual path is location → panel → circuit → connected item. A component represents a physical element; only circuit-forming components have an associated circuit.
  • Changing the digital layout does not operate physical switches.
