Offline and synchronisation
Work without an internet connection
The Android app can retain previously loaded records and queue supported changes for synchronisation.
Step by step
Sign in online first and open the records and panels you need. Check they have fully loaded.
Watch the online/offline indicator. Use only actions the app makes available offline.
Save changes and check their pending status. Photos and documents may also enter an upload queue.
Reconnect and open the app. Wait for changes and files to finish processing.
Check the relevant records and remaining sync messages before signing out or switching devices.
Good to know
- New sign-in and final invoice numbering require a connection. Admin can be hidden without current availability information.
- Do not clear app data or reinstall while changes remain unsynchronised. Files are not all available offline without earlier downloading.
