Sign in, reset a password and complete verification
Your account determines the records and actions you can access. Android may open a browser during sign-in.

Sign in and find your way
Transcript
- Choose Sign in and enter your email and password. Complete email verification or additional verification if requested.
- Use Locations to open a record and Panels to reach the panel lists. Inside a panel, use the overview, Circuits and the photos under Details.
- Use the language selector in the app header to choose Nederlands, English, Deutsch, Français or Español. Buttons and messages change language.
- Use the sun or moon button in the header to switch between light and dark appearance.
- Open More for Sign out, User and account actions. As an authorised owner, you can also find property transfer there when available.
Step by step
Choose Sign in and enter your email and password. Complete email verification or additional verification if requested.
For additional verification, enter the authenticator code or use the recovery-code option offered. Confirm your password again when a sensitive action requires it.
On Android, allow the sign-in flow to return to PanelPilot. Reopen the app if the browser remains visible after successful sign-in.
Forgotten your password? Use the password-reset option, enter your email and set a new password through the most recent reset message.
Sign in again and check your account under More → User. Use Sign out to switch accounts.
Good to know
- A restored Android session may open automatically; otherwise use the normal sign-in button.
- Keep recovery codes, passwords and sign-in links private. Contact support if you cannot complete the required verification.
