Give an installer access to your record
As an authorised resident, invite an installation company to your home record. Choose the offered access and review the invitation.
Step by step
Open your home record and check your role under User. Use the invitation action only if you can manage access.
As an authorised customer, choose Invite installer, select an offered access profile and optionally an expiry date. Access belongs to the selected organisation.
Review and send the invitation. The recipient opens the link, signs in with the intended verified account and explicitly accepts.
Check its status. Use Resend or Revoke when offered. Revoking an unaccepted invitation prevents it from granting new access.
Good to know
- Sending is not acceptance. Expired, revoked or replaced links cannot be used.
- Installer access does not make the company the owner. Property transfer follows a separate procedure.
